Lonnie Weaver-Johnson is a Certified Scrum Trainer®, consultant, and partner at Sticky Agile, LLC. She is also a partner instructor for Applied Scrum. She is driven to facilitate environments of openness and trust, resulting in higher engagement and more value being delivered through increased accountability and collaboration.
Early in her career, she was invited to join a leadership team that needed help with creating a culture focused on people, and this remains an important part of her work today. She is generous with her time, empathy, and feedback helping teams and individuals at all levels focus on their development. Her ability to create team cohesion makes her a valuable contributor to an organization and her positive energy and enthusiasm are contagious. People seek her out when the dynamic needs changing. As a consultant, she helps create agile organizations, leading to healthy and productive teams. She has more than 25 years of leading teams and developing people, with the last 15+ focused on transitioning organizations to Agile. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in Communications. She is undoubtedly a strong communicator, whether as a public speaker, a facilitator, or inspiring transparency and respect.
